A curation of articles, essays, book reviews and interviews on critical geographical concerns.
We seek contributions that investigate and challenge the ways that systems of power, difference and oppression shape lives, and how they are resisted, subverted and reworked. We welcome work that is empirically engaged and furthers a range of critical approaches, that pushes conceptual boundaries and puts theory to work in innovative ways, and that consciously navigates the politics of knowledge production within and beyond the academy.
The online edition of Society and Space accepts essays, photo essays, commentaries, reviews, interviews, and other traditional and non-traditional forms of scholarly writing. All submissions are reviewed by at least two members of the editorial team. All submissions should follow our style guide.
